Jeff Mulitalo, founding partner, is an expert in organizational performance, operational excellence, and organizational behavior. In his professional pursuits, Jeff has helped many public sector organizations improve quality, customer satisfaction, timeliness, while also saving money. His mix of expertise has helped earn national awards for innovation in human capital practice. Jeff is a recognized speaker, trainer, and consultant. His focus is always on helping others find ways to accomplish sustainable improvement in reasonable, positive, and unifying ways. He lives the good life of a loving wife, three daughters, and one golden retriever.
Dr. Dan Chase, founding partner, is originally from Laie, Hawaii. Dan has presented as a keynote speaker for various associations and organizations across the country and has consulted with many public and private organizations, including management and executive coaching. Dan is also a faculty member with the “Gettysburg Leadership Experience” in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania. He is also an ATD Certified Expert Coach. Dan earned an M.P.A. from BYU emphasizing in organizational behavior and HR and a Ph.D. from the University of Utah with a research emphasis on the institutional leadership of Abraham Lincoln. He and his wife, Annie, reside in Riverton, Utah and have two sons, Dallas and Eric, and a girl, Aly.
